Utilities and isolation

Do you know where your stop tap is? Where is your stop tap located? Has the stop tap been used recently and does it work? This helps us plan safely before we isolate water on site. Where is your boiler? Where is your gas meter? Where is your electric fuse board? Can we isolate water or electrics if needed? We will only do this where required for safe installation work.

Bathroom access

Do you have access to another bathroom or toilet? This helps us plan toilet removal and refitting around the job. If not, does the existing toilet need refitting each evening?

Access, protection and site notes

Does your home need any extra protection? We already plan for carpet and hard-floor protection. Where should we park and access the property? Are there any working restrictions? Anything we need to know about keys, alarms or pets? Is anyone vulnerable at home? Where can materials and waste safely move through? Anything else the installer should know before arrival?
